Dues are now considered late. If you have not paid your dues you will
be assessed a $35 fine.
Trash cans and recyle bins must be screened from view NOT placed in
front yard or side yard.
Boats, trailers, Rv's, etc. must be screened from view. They
can be parked in a backyard behind a fence or in a garage NOT in a driveway.
