The installations of the signs are complete!
Please take a moment to view the efforts along 90th. This monument is a portion of our yearly dues that have been placed
back to shape and improve our Woodbridge community. Special thanks to Valley Sign, Wilkson Sandstone
Quarry and Ron Heath Masonry for their efforts of a long awaited moment in making this possible. An even more special
thanks and patience for all homeowners.
Board members will be checking the neighborhood for violations.
The covents will be enforced on a regular base. Please view the most frequent violations, in the hope
that this will correct the issue in the future.
- Blue Land Waste bin in road view.
- Boats, RV's and trailers must be out
of view. No more than 24 hours in driveway.
- All pets must be on leashes. This
includes both cats and dogs. Please keep pets safe and keep all pets indoors or on homeowner's property.
If you have received any letters this year on the above violations,
please see that the corrections are made in a timely manner. Moving forward, violations will be charged a fined
for any reoccurring violations.
